Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not offer monetary refunds for standard returns or changes of mind.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defects & Damaged Items:

Every garment undergoes thorough quality control prior to shipment. If your piece arrives with a major manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
